In these tough economic times, it takes more than optimising existing services and products with associated customer relationships.
Turnover and profit margins are increasingly under pressure and are insufficient to survive in the medium term. The need to tap into new - more profitable - markets is increasing by the day.
But how do you go about this? You have a great service or product, but you do not know how to proceed to tap new markets with these services or products. Perhaps you also have ideas for new services and products, but how do you find out which target group these are best suited to and how do you then reach them?
Disruptive innovations are innovations based on existing technologies but aimed at new markets. This workshop provides all the tools you need to enable disruptive innovations. You will be assisted by two experienced innovation experts who have earned their spurs in the business world.
You will be given the theoretical building blocks of disruptive innovations and learn to apply them to a concrete project of your company, so that you can immediately put the theory you have learned into practice. In addition to innovation tools such as Blue Ocean Strategy, Business Modelling and Voice of the Customer Analysis, this workshop will also cover the latest trends such as 'Social Media' and 'Sustainability'.
