Early this year, two mentor groups started at the Ampelmann company, each consisting of 4 or 5 candidates, preparing for the Chartership under the guidance of a KIVI mentor. Jan van der Tempel (CEO Ampelmann), himself a Chartered Engineer, is thus imparting his experience with and the benefits of this wonderful quality brand to his engineers. The kick-off of the chartership process at Ampelmann took place on 14 January last, and the groups will meet regularly thereafter. The candidates show great enthusiasm and motivation for the programme.
