More accountability with your team (moved)
Description
THIS ACTIVITY HAS BEEN POSTPONED AND COMPLETED WITH THE ACTIVITY OF 23 NOVEMBER (GET MORE OUT OF YOUR TEAM, SEE LINK AT THE END)
How do you get your employees to take more responsibility, in other words, how do you manage professionalism?
Introduction
Everyone talks about self-management, letting go and giving confidence to employees. But how exactly does that work? Many managers struggle with the balance between steering and letting go. You want to give space and at the same time experience pressure from the organisation to achieve results. How do you get employees to feel more responsible, cooperate better and take action themselves? And, at the same time, how do you ensure that results are achieved?
The workshop teaches you what is needed to give a team more responsibility in a way that they can accept it. We give you concrete tools that you can apply within your team.
Target group
* Managers who want to get more out of their team.
* Everyone who works in a team.
Structure of the workshop
In the workshop, we answer the following questions:
* How do you currently deal with responsibility?
* What does it mean for your team to be given more responsibility?
* How do you, as a manager, deal with this in a good way, and how do you keep control of the results?
