Description
The world around us is rapidly transforming. Some will call it crisis, but it is the transition to a new era. The IT world, too, is undergoing rapid change. Thinking about IT, who drives decisions, what technology is used and how IT is deployed. IT & Demand will therefore have to take centre stage. Applying old paradigms in a new era is not the solution. Many organisations are in a transformation phase and there are many difficult choices to be made there. In such a time, the need for information and learning is great. Only how do we do that? Mainly by working together. It is a time for Co-creation!
The new event will have to connect managers and professionals along new lines. Not only between current generations but especially with younger generations. The new event aims to help managers and professionals get a complete view of trends and market developments that will allow them to successfully contribute to the transformation of their organisation.
In recent years, there have been a number of 'disruptive developments' that make it seem as if the old structure of the IT management world with silos for each component (architecture, governance, functional management, IT service management) no longer makes sense and is seen as very traditional thinking, especially by the younger generations. What is needed is to see how the new environment can use the knowledge and best practices from 20 years of process thinking and common sense that is certainly well developed in the Netherlands.
