PMI Netherlands Chapter and CKC Seminars are organising the 5th edition of the PMI Netherlands Summit in Bussum on Thursday 15 September. KIVI is sponsor of this event.
The PMI Netherlands Summit is a platform where the latest international insights and thinking in the field of Project, Programme and Portfolio Management and related PMO are discussed. A platform for and by peers.

The PMI Netherlands Summit was launched in 2012 at the initiative of the PMI Netherlands Chapter, the Dutch representative of Project, Programme and Portfolio Management. The first three editions were a great success with over 180 enthusiastic participants from the Project Management community. The annual Summit is an English-speaking event, making it accessible to a wide international audience.

- How to incorporate a severe disruption into your project, leadership, team adaptability;
- Shifting from delivering results to delivering capabilities;
- Beyond waterfall and agile?
- What if your project is disrupted, escalation and derailment;
- Disruption initiating projects or projects initiating a disruption. What are the key characteristics, how does this impact a project and the project manager;
- Managing projects in networks as companies will evolve into co-creating organisms;
- Managing project risks as an early warning indicator, failure is no longer an option, not when it means spending severe time and money
