The Royal Institute of Engineers, Department of Computer Science (KIVI) and the Royal Dutch Association of Information Professionals (KNVI) are jointly presenting thesis awards for Computer Science and Information Science this year 2020. Both professional organisations are joining forces to encourage young talent.
The thesis award is an incentive prize, judged by the Royal Holland Society of Sciences (KHMW). This award is intended for students who deliver very high quality scientific work, elaborate new insights and translate their findings into practice.
KNVI and KIVI want to use it to actively contribute to professional development, strengthening the impact and use of technology on the development of society and connecting knowledge and skills in IT network.
