EFCE. The object of the European Federation of Chemical Engineering is to promote co-operation in Europe between non-profit-making professional scientific and technical societies for the general advancement of chemical engineering and as a means of furthering the development of chemical engineering.
DECHEMA Gesellschaft für Chemische Technik und Biotechnologie e.V.(Society for Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology) brings together experts from a wide range of disciplines, institutions and generations to stimulate scientific exchange in chemical engineering, process engineering and biotechnology.
The European Federation of Chemical Industry Societies is the umbrella organisation of national organisations for the chemical industry. VNCI and Essecia are just two of the 30 member societies. For a complete list click here.
Société Française de Génie des Procédés(French Society of Process Engineers) is a member of the EFCE and of la Fédération Française pour les sciences de la Chimie (FFC). It publishes a technical journal"Récents progrès en Génie des Procédés", and news for members "Procédique" and organises a congress every alternate year.
