VAPRO offers trusted vocational training for operators and technicians. The VAPRO courses meet the needs of industry. Mastering production processes, working in a quality-conscious and safe manner are central to this. VAPRO diplomas have been recognised and recognised by companies in industry for decades. They offer operators and technicians excellent opportunities on the labour market.
Knowledge centre PMLF and its predecessors aimed to make a substantial contribution to the quality of vocational education in the process industry, media sectors and laboratories. The tasks defined in the Education and Vocational Education Act formed the starting point of the work here: Developing and maintaining a vocational qualification structure, recognising learning companies and monitoring and promoting the quality of vocational practice (apprenticeship).
The Process College is not a separate school, but a graduation course within the process operator training at Zadkine and the Scheepvaart & Transport College (STC). Within the Proces College, these schools cooperate intensively with chemical and petrochemical companies in the Rotterdam-Rijnmond region. The schools provide the courses and the companies offer traineeships and assist in the design, promotion and content of the training and offer the career-start guarantee.
