Description
This EMC event will take place on Wednesday 9 November 2016 at the Elektrum in Arnhem. In constructing the programme, the EMC-ESD association asked former attendees to indicate their practical issues.
This showed that the need for knowledge varies between practical testing, to design in accordance with EMC requirements, to in-depth expertise on standards and ESD test levels.
The lecture programme and concrete demonstrations at the knowledge market focus on the basics of EMC and ESD, measurements and solutions around such issues. The content therefore addresses concrete questions from relevant professionals.
In addition to the plenary presentations by MIW Consultants and Philips Innovation Services, there are 12 speakers lecturing in the parallel tracks.
The tracks delve further into EMC and ESD, but continue to focus mainly on practice. There are also interesting presentations for experts to follow in the specialisation track.
The tracks go further into EMC and ESD, and continue to focus mainly on practice.
During EMC-ESD in Practice, various exhibitors will give demonstrations.
Rohde & Schwarz:
On the stand, Rohde & Schwarz will show the difference a conventional scan and a fast Time Domain scan. By having 2 of the same measurement receivers perform an emission measurement simultaneously, one can immediately see the differences between the two measurements. Also on display will be an Oscilloscope with an FFT function that can be used for pre-compliance emission measurements.
Wurth Elektronik:
RED-EXPERT, easy-to-use web-based calculation and selection tool for EMC, inductive and capacitive solutions.
Canrinus Consultancy:
With the advent of affordable EMC measurement equipment, building your own EMC lab is also a step closer. The conducted emission and alternative Radiated emission (according to EN 550 15)
will be shown and, of course, products can also be measured.
MIJtech:
We will explain and give a demo on Wednesday 9 November 2016 at the Elektrum in Arnhem in our stand: measuring ESD and ATEX floor systems. We will also give advice on ESD floor maintenance and certification of ESD floors.
