Teylers Museum + ALV
Description
On 15 March next, the Technical Physics Department will visit the Teylers Museum.
This will be combined with our annual General Members' Meeting.
The Teylers Museum is the first and oldest museum in the Netherlands. Its standard collection includes fossils, minerals, physical instruments, paintings, prints, drawings, coins, medals and library. There really is something for everyone and certainly too much to see in one day.
If you participate in the General Members' Meeting, we offer you free admission to the museum and a guided tour by a member of our own department, which will of course focus on the old physical instruments, including a gigantic electrifying machine.
Please register in advance due to the size of the room and the maximum size of the group tour
The programme is as follows:
13:30 start General Assembly (download agenda and documents below at Information links)
14:30 start guided tour
15:30 end of guided tour
