The Department of Engineering Physics is looking for new board members!

Are you currently working in one of the many aspects of Engineering Physics (from research and design to implementation) and would like to expand your network?

Then being a board member of our department is really for you!

As a department, we are currently looking to strengthen our board: experience is not required, enthusiasm is!

What exactly does this job entail?

  • Together with other board members, organising activities for the department. Think of excursions to companies and institutions, lectures/symposia.
  • Maintaining contacts with other KIVI departments, and possibly with other associations and communities within and outside KIVI
  • Participation in KIVI activities for the departments' boards, such as the KIVI Management Day.
  • Easy access to the other KIVI departments and Main Board.
    With this, it is a considerable expansion of your network.
  • Meet every two to three months with the Board physically/online to go over activities and catch up.
  • The position is unpaid, but once a year we go out for a nice dinner with the board.

The current board is a diverse composition of people in background and age with which a large part of the sector is represented.
