(NL) On Thursday 5 June, Young KIVI Geotechniek was invited to the BAM project office for a presentation on interesting geotechnical projects in the centre of Utrecht such as Lombokplein and Nieuw Hoog Catherijne. A little later, we boarded a boat for a tour of the quay walls and wharf cellars with explanations from the Municipality of Utrecht where there was ample time to ask burning questions about the remedial work that had been carried out and that was to come. A mix of content and relaxation, concluded with a convivial networking reception later in the day.

With another good turnout, after our third successful event within a year, we can say that Jong KIVI is back on the road since corona. It was again great to welcome enthusiastic colleagues and new faces! We are already looking forward to the next event.

Feedback is always welcome. Please fill in the survey, even if you were not at the event!
