A panel discussion between three experts working on this issue from different perspectives. Some of the topics that will be discussed:

  • Is it expected that the balance between working from home and in the office will change permanently?
  • What can organisations do to maintain a sense of belonging to the employer among employees during extended time away from the 'normal working environment'?
  • What are the biggest advantages and disadvantages for organisations whose large proportion of staff work from home?
  • Agile working and virtual working - do they go together? Whereas before there was a trend to physically locate teams together, now a different solution has to be found
