'Philips as a consultant: what a healthcare technology company can do for healthcare processes'
It is clear that healthcare is under pressure and we have a huge shortage of healthcare staff. Technological improvements have already made our care much better, but technology alone is not enough. We also need to be smart with the people and resources we have. But how do you do that? With a mix of 'classic' consultants and designers, we work on more effective and efficient care. Using a number of project examples, I will explain what kind of issues we solve, how we approach them and how a design background contributes to this.
