Forms of cooperation
The Land Use and Water Management Department collaborates extensively with other parties. The following forms of cooperation can be distinguished:
- joint ad hoc organisational activities
- structural consultation
- distribution of announcements to members
- use of network for speakers
Cooperation partners
Our main cooperation partners are other networking organisations. We are also open to cooperation with student associations. As a division of KIVI, we do not possess the funds to sponsor. However, we do have a network of professionals at consultancy and engineering firms, knowledge institutes, universities and governments from which we can draw.

Partners within water management Netherlands
Many organisations operate in the water sector. Some focus on sub-sectors such as wastewater treatment, sewerage, drinking water, hydraulic engineering; others focus on the people working within the water sector. The Division of Water Management is one such organisation. We focus specifically on the engineers involved in water management, as they provide the badly needed technical knowledge and skills to keep the Netherlands dry.
