How Functional Safety really works
Description
In this course the student will be guided through a number of practical cases where Process Control and Process Safety meet also known as the area of Safety Integrity Levels (SIL). Issues will pass the table such as "Where does safety fit in the organisation?", "What are the Safety questions you can aspect as a process control specialist?", "What are steps to take in a safe process control design?" The student will not be confronted with a long list of definitions. The involved student will leave the course with a firm understanding of the area of process safety and the interaction with process controls.
