Hanneke Gelderblom has won the second Hoogendoorn Prize ever for her PhD in fluid mechanics!
Gelderblom investigated the fundamentals of droplet evaporation, where understanding the residual staining pattern can be used as a tool to produce small structures.View her thesis here.
