Knowledge and networking platform

The Sustainable Technology department offers a platform to its members for increasing knowledge and expanding the network around the (technological) challenges of tomorrow. What technological sustainable solutions do we offer for the rising demand for energy and food worldwide? How do we organise our production in balance with people, the environment and society?

We focus on people and society and on advice to the media. We also want to think along with politicians and provide 'technical input' to the Lower House, where our input may be important. We also continue to organise meetings, usually on location at a company with renowned speakers who shine their light on various topics. The Board of Sustainable Technology meets about six times a year to ensure all this runs smoothly.

Meetings

Several times a year, we organise a meeting on one of the above subjects, usually on location at a company. Renowned speakers inform you about the latest technology and we usually close with a networking drink. Admission is always free for students.

Annual reports

The Sustainable Technology Department publishes its annual report every year to account to its members.
