Be aware that everyone is doing this voluntarily. Respect each other's time and effort by showing up for appointments on time and well prepared.

Be honest and constructive in feedback. State your needs and set clear expectations.
4. Goal-oriented
Work together towards concrete learning goals and personal growth. Evaluate progress regularly.
5. Proactive Attitude
- Mentee: Take initiative and ask questions. Seize opportunities to learn and grow.
- Mentor: Encourage and support the mentee, offer insights and ask targeted questions.
6. Professional Boundaries
Keep contact professional and within the agreed frameworks of the mentoring programme. Conversations can become more personal, but clearly state your own boundaries in this. Everyone is expected to respect each other's boundaries.
7. Continuous Learning
Be open to new insights and keep developing yourself, both personally and professionally.
Each participant has the right to end the mentorship at any time. This decision, whether taken by the mentee or mentor, is always respected.
