The Uithoflijn(www.uithoflijn.nl), one of the largest light rail projects in the Netherlands, was recently completed. The Uithoflijn connects Utrecht Centrum with the Uithof and runs right through urban areas, where the project faced very complicated incorporation issues.

Project director Martijn Donders leads you at lightning speed through the entire history of the project and the innumerable challenges that were overcome, based on his years of experience on this project. What lessons can we learn from this?
