Themes and focus areas
In order to achieve adequate technology promotion and target group approach, a number of themes were defined when the department was set up and will be addressed by the department:
- ERTMS;
- BB21;
- 25 kV;
- GSMR;
- track systems and structures;
- light rail;
- systems engineering;
- safety;
- new contract forms such as performance-based maintenance; effects on engineering;
- design and construction
- maintenance;
- track splits;
- stations and station facilities;
- Info-plus (part of Item 21)
- Et cetera.
Obviously, this list of themes and possible topics will be updated periodically.
