Participation is limited to 25 people. In connection with this, members of KIVI NIRIA Department of Transport Science and Logistics have priority over all other registrants when registering. KIVI NIRIA members of other departments will then have priority over non-members. After the maximum number of participants of 25 has been reached at registration, a short waiting list will be maintained. In case of more than 25 registrations, the final list of participants will be drawn up on Tuesday 23 October 2012 after application of the priority rules; registrants will then be notified.
Registrants who, on second thoughts, are unable to attend are kindly requested to cancel their registration via the KIVI NIRIA website, so that others can take their place.
