The board of KIVI Region Noord-Holland has the pleasure to invite you to attend a company visit to TNO in Petten.

Energieonderzoek Centrum Nederland (ECN) was an important Dutch research institute in the field of energy. It developed knowledge and technology with and for the market aimed at a transition to sustainable energy management. Central to this was a total package of energy generation, clean use of fossil fuels and reduction of total energy consumption.

In 2018, the institute merged with TNO, from 1 January 2020 in the unit 'Energy Transition'.

During the visit, a talk will be held on heat pumps. Afterwards, both heat pumps/heat storage and electrolyser pilot plants will be visited in the laboratory.
