Excitement is building now that the full programme for the first KIVI EngD Award Ceremony has been announced. The ceremony will take place on 2 December 2025 at the KIVI building in The Hague. The full programme can be viewed below.

In addition to the KIVI EngD Award, the KIVI EngD Public Award, chosen by the public, will also be presented.

About the KIVI EngD Award

The KIVI EngD Award recognises the achievements of recent EngD graduates who combine scientific excellence with societal and practical impact. This award honours finalists who have applied advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems in industry, research and society.

The winner is selected by a panel of experts.

KIVI EngD Public Award

In addition to the jury prize, a public prize is also awarded to the candidate who receives the most votes from the public, both online and during the event.
