Marten Sol 

Started his aerospace career in 2016 at ADSE in Hoofddorp. Enjoys the broad range of fields that are involved in aircraft certification with projects in large civil aviation, urban air mobility and military drones. Recently became ADSE’s certification teamleader.


Marc Verhaeg 

Started his career in 2014 as an engineering trainee at Fokker Aerostructures focusing on the  manufacturing of high moverate aircraft parts. Joined Airborne Aerospace in 2016 and became lead engineer focusing on affordable manufacturing of composite sandwich panels for satellites. In September 2020 he will join Airbus Defence and Space in the role of manufacturing and industrialization engineer.


Haiyun Huang 

Inspired by flying from when he was two years old, he started his career with a study: "Aerospace Engineering". After his Aerospace Engineering Master, he has been an Aviation Consultant at To70 for the past six years. As of now he joined an aviation start-up Lilium as part of the Global Public and Regulatory team.


Ferdinand Suurmond

After more than 10 years in the helicopter and aircraft industry in various maintenance, modification and reliability programs. As of 2019 he is now managing the Maintenance and reliability program within Transavia Airlines.


Charlotte Zohlandt

After completing a Master studies in Aerospace Engineering, she challenged herself to further develop general management skills within the industry, taking part in a trainee programme at Fokker Technologies. Currently she is focusing on operation- and service excellence as Head of Programs for Material Services, at Fokker Services Group.


Laurent Declerck

Fascinated by aviation, Laurent joined the Belgian Air Cadets at the age of 16 to learn to fly gliders. In 2012, he moved to the Netherlands to pursue a study in Aerospace Engineering at the TU Delft. Laurent started his aviation career working on the new A321 Long Range at Airbus UK. In 2021, he joined the Royal NLR as R&D engineer specialised in rotorcraft.
