KIVI Circle Waterweg Noord (Maassluis-Vlaardingen-Schiedam)
Our KIVI Circle Waterweg Noord (Maassluis-Vlaardingen-Schiedam) is a group of KIVI members who meet every month. Kring meetings focus on social/technical topics for discussion. Besides being informative, the Kring meeting is sociable. Engineers from the region talk about their own work experiences and make contacts, both social and business. During the meeting, we eat and drink together.
Meet a diverse group of members
Some members live in Schiedam/Vlaardingen/Maassluis, but some work here and thus come to the meeting directly after work. The Kring members have very different study and work backgrounds. As a result, there are many different perspectives that make for interesting discussions. One of the Kring members or an external speaker often leads the discussion. The topics tie in with current affairs or regional issues.
Programme and venue
The KIVI Circle meets every first Thursday of the month from 19.00 hrs at restaurant "Smakelijk Eten en Drinken" on the Markt in Vlaardingen. The evening starts with drinks, followed by a meal. After the meal, the speaker starts his story and the topic is further discussed.
