5th online session Building Maintenance 2021 on 2 June 2021:
Organisation, outsourcing and collaboration in building maintenance
The Maintenance Department will organise monthly online sessions on every 1st Wednesday of the month in 2021, covering aspects in the field of technical management and maintenance (TBO) in buildings.
Standards such as ISO 55000-Asset management, ISSO Sustainable Management and Maintenance, NEN standards and other standard guidelines are used as a framework. At the same time, a practical interpretation is given from the perspective of the technical management and maintenance of the monumental KIVI building. We will also regularly invite frontrunners, market leaders and objective knowledge sharers to tell their stories.
The aim of the sessions is to take participants through the process of developing a vision, strategy and concrete policies and sub aspects.
The sessions will take place from 16:30 to 18:00 via Teams and will be recorded in this time slot so that people can watch them again on the internet. Digital walk-in starts at 3.30pm. After 6pm, there will be an opportunity to talk digitally until 7pm.
Next Wednesday, June 2, 2021, the 5e online session will take place, covering Organisation, Outsourcing and Collaboration in Building Maintenance.
KIVI Maintenance board member Aart de Jong of Tiberius Maintenance, also a member of the KIVI Building Committee and working as an advisor on Technical Management and Maintenance, will introduce this session.
Ronald van Nattem, former head of Management and Maintenance at TU Eindhoven and founder of Entrepreneurial Cooperation on the TU Eindhoven campus, (see also www.rvn-os.nl) will elaborate on aspects such as: procurement strategy, organisation of cooperation and competences among clients and contractors.
A more in-depth discussion on the feasibility in the market and competences of maintenance experts will be provided by Marcel Ponjee, board manager at Sertum (see also www.sertum.nl).
Once again, there will be plenty of interaction, which will adequately convey the presenter's message.
