A'dam Tower
Below are the presentations from this visit:

- Tower A'dam by John Verheul (JP van Eesteren)
- A'dam Tower, Acoustics and Sustainability by Peter Bijvoet (DGMR)
Description
'Tower Overhoeks', the former headquarters of Shell Research on the north bank of the IJ, will be transformed into the 'A'dam Tower': a multifunctional tower with an observation point, hotel, club, offices for the creative industry and various catering facilities including a revolving restaurant. A'dam stands for Amsterdam Dance And Music and will build on the Netherlands' leading position in the music and creative sector. The 22-storey music hall is dedicated to sustainability. The distinctive canopy of the Shell Tower has now been replaced in spectacular fashion by a large new cantilevered crown that will function as the "lookout" of Amsterdam, where you can drink and dance in the evening.
