A large proportion of the Dutch think that the climate is changing and that this is largely due to man. Furthermore, 75 per cent of Dutch people believe that humans can still do something against climate change. At the same time, many people see it as a big problem for now and in the future, and worry for future generations.
They think it is important for the government to concern itself with climate policy and some do not think the policy goes far enough yet. Half of the Dutch are concerned about the costs of climate policy.

From a mountain of literature, TNO has compiled a report entitled"The energy transition must go faster", highlighting how big and complicated the problem is and what steps we need to take if we are to stand a chance of solving it.
