Empowering women engineers
NVI is by women for women where we are committed to empowering all women engineers.
We contribute to the empowerment of women engineers by organising workshops and meetings in the Netherlands aimed at self-development, shaping ambition and career, sharing knowledge and gaining inspiration. Meeting each other regularly creates a network you can fall back on and ask questions from. You will also receive tools and knowledge to shape your own growth and development.
Mission
NVI's mission is to meet society's need for personal development of technically trained female engineers. We contribute to achieving personal career goals of female engineers by creating a platform to shape ambition and career together. The platform offers the opportunity to meet each other, undertake activities together, reflect, spar and gain inspiration.
Our vision
We aim to enable women engineers to create a working environment where they can fulfil their own ambitions and innovate the current culture. We also want to attract more female engineers by actively investing in self-development and sharing the issues and dilemmas each one experiences in her work or private life.
