NVI & Marina van Damme Network collaboration: Coaching with impact for women in tech
KIVI's Network of Women Engineers (NVI) has partnered with the Marina van Damme Network to create a powerful coaching programme for women in engineering. This collaboration brings together two valuable networks that complement each other in expertise, experience and ambition.
Why this collaboration?
NVI and the Marina van Damme Network share a common goal: to empower women in engineering. Connecting our networks creates a platform where knowledge, experience and inspiration are shared across generations and disciplines. In this way, we contribute to personal and professional development of female engineers.
The contribution of the Marina van Damme Network
The Marina van Damme Network consists of over 70 female professionals with an engineering background. All members are (former) winners of the Marina van Damme scholarship, awarded by the four technical universities of the Netherlands (4TU). This network adds a number of unique elements to the coaching programme:
Up-to-date knowledge and fresh perspectives
Members are often in an early or innovative phase of their careers, bringing up-to-date insights and innovative approaches.

The diverse backgrounds of members provide a rich variety of expertise, coming from a variety of technical directions.
