Building maintenance 2022

Objective & approach

Having gone through the general framework of ISO 55000 Asset Management in 2021, in 2022 we will look for more depth within this framework.

Topics will focus on "what can" and "what should". Technical, social and societal impact of relevant developments and compliance with Laws and Regulations in TBO in buildings will be addressed.

With regard to possibilities, we choose the Purpose Case as a starting point. The Purpose Case offers scope to collaboratively arrive at a model that provides insight into the real intentions, contributions, ambitions, value creation, returns and, ultimately, the real impact on our experience.

With regard to obligations, we choose the RVB BOEI as a starting point. We start from the compliance rules and will then consider the themes of Fire Safety, Energy and Asset performance.

The aim of the sessions is to share experiences and insights with participants, which they can incorporate into their daily practice. The target audience consists of people who recognise themselves in the roles of Asset owner, Asset manager, technical service provider, consultant, inspector, contract manager or user.

The sessions are small-scale in nature, aiming for a lot of interaction and knowledge sharing.

The following sessions are planned:
