Building maintenance 2021

Objective & approach

Within the Asset Management & Maintenance Department, a number of online sessions in 2021 focused on aspects related to technical management and maintenance (TBO) in buildings.

A palette of standards such as ISO 55000-Asset Management and ISSO Sustainable Management and Maintenance was considered as a framework.

The aim of the sessions is to take participants along in developing a vision, strategy and policy by drawing on the experiences and insights of specific market players.

The sessions are small-scale in nature, aiming for a lot of interaction in addition to knowledge sharing.
