Building maintenance 2023

Objective & approach

Also in 2023, we will focus on aspects of technical management and maintenance (TBO) in buildings in a number of online sessions.

This year's central theme is "Collaboration".

Not surprising, but oh so important. The theme keeps recurring as we follow developments in staff shortages, data-driven applications and new contract forms.

The aim of the sessions is to share with participants experiences and insights that they can incorporate into their daily practice. The target group consists of people who recognise themselves in the roles of Assetowner, Asset manager, technical service provider, consultant, inspector, contract manager or user.

The sessions are small-scale in nature, aiming for a lot of interaction and knowledge sharing.

The annual programme is fixed, with a number of sessions already prepared. During the year, the annual programme will be updated in more detail. So check this page regularly for the current programme!
