Building maintenance 2024

Objective & approach

In 2024, for the fourth consecutive year, we are continuing a series of online sessions focusing on Asset Management and specifically technical management and maintenance (TBO) in buildings.

This year's central theme is "Knowledge and networking centres". Here, we seek added value and cooperation with platforms, industry organisations and professional associations such as KIVI.

Within ISO 55000 Asset Management, it is important for Asset Owners, Asset Managers and Service Providers to have the right information. But where do you get the information from and how do you handle it? To what extent is a network interesting to retrieve knowledge and information?

Think for instance about commissioning, demonstrating contractual agreements and complying with legal and regulatory obligations. But information is also needed to make good policy choices and support primary processes. Think, for instance, of predictive maintenance, sustainability measures or digital twins.

We will address this from the client perspective this year with case studies and different themes. We will share our experiences and explore the knowledge and added value available in networks.

Our target group consists of people who recognise themselves in the roles of building owners, property managers, technical service providers, consultants, inspectors, contract managers, project leaders, enforcers and building users.

We ensure that there is plenty of room for interaction and knowledge sharing in the sessions. As a result, each session has its own unique character with sometimes surprising outcomes.

In terms of dates, the annual programme is fixed. During the year, the annual programme will be updated in more detail. We like to respond to current events and are open to good cases and speakers!
