Committees
YKE has three committees, being the Education Committee, the Recruitment Committee and the Activities Committee. Each committee consists of a Chairman, who serves as the contact person towards the board, and general committee members.
The Education Committee is the executive branch for YKE's education programmes within the personal development pillar. As such, the Education Committee takes care of the content and implementation of the YKE Growth Programme, the YKE Talent Programme and the Masterclasses.
The Recruitment Committee focuses on recruiting members, with the aim of creating the most active constituency possible.
The Activities Committee organises a variety of events and networking meetings for young engineers. From company visits and conferences to get-togethers and sports activities.
