YKE Growth and Talent Programme
The YKE Growth and Talent Programme offers professionals the chance to develop their skills, leadership and strategic insights. Through personal coaching, master classes and networking events, you will discover your unique strengths and learn to use them to accelerate your career.

YKE Growth Programme
Would you like to grow in your career and get a better grip on your development? With the YKE Growth Programme, you will discover which engineering role suits you, which skills you possess and in which direction you want to grow. You will go home with a concrete development plan, so you can immediately start your next step. Completion of the YKE Growth Programme enables the participant to join the YKE Talent Programme.
YKE Talent Programme
As a young engineer, it is important that in addition to substantive professional knowledge, you also know enough about management and how you move around an organisation. The training course focuses on personal branding and teaches general skills in profiling, presentation and performance. Areas in which knowledge is necessary to ultimately become successful in your field as, for example, manager or supervisor. How do you interact with your colleagues and/or employees? How do you achieve the best result for yourself and the people around you?
PREFER Model
PREFER stands for Professional Roles model for Future EngineeRs. The PREFER test is designed to gain insight into your talents and skills so that you can get the best out of yourself based on the outcomes. The test is therefore the ideal method to support students and alumni as they start their careers. The PREFER model is part of YKE's Growth Programme.
